The Westminster Promenade project is the adaptive reuse and redevelopment of an existing entertainment district in Westminster, Colorado. Galloway provided master planning, entitlements, landscape architecture, architectural design, and overall visioning for the project.
The concept revitalizes the site into a vibrant mixed-use project by creating a new “urban core” that incorporates residential, retail, restaurant, hospitality, and other complementary uses.
The Westminster Promenade is approximately 32 acres, with just under one million square feet of varied uses.
