This multifamily undertaking converts an existing two-story City of Loveland library building to a four-story, for-sale condo project at the northeast corner of West 6th Avenue and Cleveland Avenue.
The project features a modern design aesthetic with 15 large two- and three-bedroom residential units with high ceilings and large expansive window patterns integrated into a clean, modern aesthetic. The original brick used on the exterior of the library was refurbished and reused for the exterior of the new condo building. The façade also utilizes various other materials and finishes to create a timeless look that enhances the downtown Loveland streetscape with rich colors and a variety of façade articulations. Integrated covered parking and retail on the ground floor will also be included.
