Alicia Thorpe

Alicia nearly 30 years of experience as a project manager in mechanical HVAC design. She provides extensive knowledge in mechanical  HVAC and plumbing design, coordination of mechanical and plumbing systems, on-site problem solving, and building commissioning for new construction and remodel projects. Alicia has worked extensively on various projects, including commercial, municipal, educational, warehouse, multifamily, senior housing, medical, religious restaurant/entertainment, hotel/casino, and water treatment facilities. She is dedicated to building client relationships and providing the highest level of service.

Alicia has a bachelor of science in architectural engineering from the University of Wyoming and is a professional engineer licensed in Colorado.

Reade Roselles

Reade has more than 30 years of experience in all aspects of land surveying. He has a thorough knowledge of the principles, practices, and procedures of ALTA surveys, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, legal descriptions, easement preparation, and construction staking projects. With a keen and diligent attention to detail, he has an advanced understanding of client needs. He also has a proven history of concurrently directing multiple projects to successful completion through effective management and team collaboration.

Reade is a member of the Professional Land Surveyors of Colorado, is trained in project management from the Professional Services Management Journal, and has his associate degree in applied science and business from the Colorado Institute of Art.

James Prelog

James offers 25 years of extensive civil engineering experience in Northern Colorado, including residential, mixed-use, institutional, and commercial development. He provides strong analytical and problem-resolution skills and out-of-the-box thinking while implementing ideas to benefit project shareholders. His skills include construction document preparation for grading, drainage, erosion control, roads, and utility design. His background also improves grading, planning, and profile creation techniques for utilities and roads and file management.

James is a graduate of Colorado State University with a BS in civil engineering (1998) and a BS in geology with a concentration in hydrogeology (2012). He is a professional engineer licensed in Colorado and a LEED-accredited professional.
