Alpine Bank

Alpine Bank, based in Glenwood Springs, engaged Galloway to convert a vacant building at the intersection of College Avenue and Prospect Road in Fort Collins into a financial services center. Galloway provided design services that included architecture, civil engineering, structural engineering, MEP, landscape architecture, interior design, and land survey.

Through close collaboration with stakeholders, Galloway designed a functional and visually appealing structure that harmonizes with the existing Craftsman-style buildings in the established neighborhood while preserving the historical integrity of the property’s original structure.

The ground was broken on the project in the summer of 2021, and it began serving Fort Collins residents from this location in the fall of  2022.
