Rob Van Uffelen offers 38 years of engineering experience as a project manager on various projects along Colorado’s Front Range and Western Slope, as well as in California. His experience includes project management and design for commercial land development, multifamily development, single-family development, and transportation projects. He also offers extensive experience in site planning, water and wastewater planning, roadway planning and design, and architectural and structural design. Rob has worked much of his career in northern Colorado and now manages Galloway’s Loveland office.
Rob studied civil engineering at Crafton Hills College in Redlands, CA; California Polytechnic State University in Pomona, CA; and Valley College in San Bernardino, CA.

Alicia offers 26 years of experience as a project manager in mechanical HVAC design. She provides extensive knowledge in mechanical HVAC and plumbing design, coordination of mechanical and plumbing systems, on-site problem solving, and building commissioning for new construction and remodel projects. Alicia has worked extensively on various projects, including commercial, municipal, educational, warehouse, multifamily, senior housing, medical, religious restaurant/entertainment, hotel/casino, and water treatment facilities. She is dedicated to building client relationships and providing the highest level of service.
Alicia has a bachelor of science in architectural engineering from the University of Wyoming and is a professional engineer licensed in Colorado.

Sr. Survey Project Manager
Frank brings extensive knowledge and a history of project success to our survey team. Frank has more than 35 years of survey knowledge in various markets, spanning multiple field areas. He brings a broad and insightful perspective to enhance client satisfaction and project delivery, which will be an asset to the survey team.
Frank is a 1988 Denver Institute of Technology graduate, where he received his Associate of Applied Science in Applied Science and Mapping. Frank is a licensed professional land surveyor in Colorado, Wyoming, South Dakota, Nebraska, and Iowa and is a Certified Federal Surveyor (CFedS).

Water Resources Team Manager
Chris has nearly 35 years of experience in water resource management, specializing in analyzing hydrologic, hydraulic, and erosional processes. He is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing projects in various markets and applications, from stormwater design to FEMA coordination. Chris has worked extensively with public and private clients and is highly experienced at permitting complex floodplain projects through local, state, and federal jurisdictions. His strong communication skills and dedication to his projects ensure a successful project outcome.
