Andrew has more than 20 years of experience in architecture design and is based in Orlando, Florida where he is Galloway’s regional architecture team manager. His robust background includes work in commercial retail, industrial, and residential market segments where he has served in various roles, including lead designer, project manager, and design director. In addition to his project knowledge, Andrew brings exceptional operations and client management experience that is integral to solving his clients’ biggest challenges and is key in supporting Galloway’s pursuits in the southeast region.
Andrew is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and is a LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design + Construction (LEED AP BD+C). He received his Bachelor of Architecture from Temple University and an MBA from Georgian Court University.

Bob Ziegenfuss
Bob brings more than 30 years of experience in the land development industry, providing engineering and project management services for projects across the United States. Based in Orlando, Florida, he has worked on projects in 24 states and is highly knowledgeable in navigating diverse regulatory, permitting, and development requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
Bob is licensed as a professional engineer in 47 states, allowing him to support clients with development needs nationwide. He earned his engineering degree from the University of Central Florida in 1995.

Sarah Culotta
Sarah has more than 15 years of engineering experience in commercial land development and project/program management. She has extensive experience supporting both single unit development and large-scale regional and national rollout programs, giving her a strong understanding of the coordination and consistency required across multiple project types and markets.
Sarah is a licensed professional engineer (PE) in five states and is registered with the National Council of Examiners Engineering Surveying (NCEES). She earned her degree in civil engineering from Mississippi State University in 2002.

Chris Thompson
Chris is a Florida native, who, aside from an almost five-year stint in Houston, has spent his life in Tallahassee, Gainesville, or Orlando, Florida. He has more than 15 years of civil engineering experience working on a broad spectrum of development projects including heavy marine civil construction, tourism and hospitality, mixed-use and single-family residential subdivisions, multi-family, commercial, and industrial projects. In his personal life, Chris is a husband and father to two amazing and energetic daughters. In the precious few windows of time these lovely ladies afford him, he enjoys golf, the beach, and cheering on his Florida Gators.
