Credit Union of Colorado

Galloway is providing comprehensive services for more than a dozen Credit Union of Colorado (CUofCO) locations throughout Colorado, including Broomfield, Parker, Pueblo, Denver, Grand Junction, Cañon City, Colorado Springs, and more. The projects vary from tenant improvement to ground-up and vary in size from 0.7 acres to 1.6-acres sites and 2,000-4,000 sf.

CUofCO does not adhere to a prototypical standard and aims for each location to have its own unique identity and brand. The goal is integrating with the site and surrounding environment, while still being easily recognizable as a CUofCO branch. For example, the Denver location features an urban, modern aesthetic, while the Colorado Springs location incorporates organic forms and natural materials. All sites include horizontal and vertical integration, full interior design including furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), and three drive-thru lanes. Our team ensures compliance with local jurisdiction requirements at each location.

This program initiative helps address the scarcity of CUofCO branches in Colorado and actively contributes to the communities in which their members reside.
