Galloway is working with Sego Homes to develop a multifamily and single-family planned development community on 7.67 acres in Lindon, Utah. Songbird Cove will comprise 46 multifamily and 19 single-family units with shared spaces and a park with a sports court for the residents.
This development will also comprise two adjacent commercial lots.
Galloway is providing civil engineering and survey services, including design of site access in coordination with the Utah Department of Transportation, wet utilities, photometric, rerouting and upsizing of the canal piping, lot grading, construction staking, and preparing and presenting plans to the city for approval. Due to significant grade changes, a seven-foot concrete fence surrounding the property was required.
Construction is estimated to be completed in Spring 2024.
