The 12th Street Exchange project is a 16.65-acre new business park in Marriott-Slaterville, Utah. The project will include five buildings comprising 170,000 square feet of commercial flex and retail space and one future pad site.

Galloway is providing the project’s civil engineering and land survey services, including site layout, utility plan, grading design, sanitary sewer design, storm drainage design, and culinary water plan. The site possessed an existing canal which required our team to tie it into the drainage piping.

The site also had an existing box culvert running through the property. Our team designed a solution to allow traffic to cross over it and worked closely with the Utah Department of Transportation to improve access to the site.

The estimated completion is January 2024.
