This mixed-use urban infill project at Broadway and Yale is located on approximately a half acre of land. The overall program contemplates four stories of residential space over retail tenants and underground parking. The project contains 96 residential units, approximately 7,000 sf of retail, two amenity decks with associated fitness, and common gathering area for residents.
This development is designed to fit into the overall context of the neighborhood by utilizing mid-century modern details in a new, crisp aesthetic. Small additions of color and texture add warmth and overall character to the building.
