Galloway is collaborating with Brennan Investments on transforming a predominantly vacant, 22-acre big-box retail site into an industrial facility. Our comprehensive services span site planning, surveying, architecture, civil engineering, traffic engineering, landscape architecture, structural engineering, mechanical/electrical/plumbing engineering, and site lighting design.
We adopted a design-build approach with Alcorn Construction for this project, streamlining the construction and building permit processes. Working closely with the client, we facilitated rezoning efforts and updated the development plan. Renovation plans for the 138,000 sq ft facility include exterior enhancements, site plan adjustments to meet city standards, selective demolition, and interior white boxing.
Anticipated completion is slated in early 2024.
