As food insecurity in the community increased, The Food Bank for Larimer County was challenged to expand its facilities and capabilities to fill the growing demand for its services by increasing its non-occupancy storage space within a currently owned area. Our multidisciplinary architects and engineers will bring cost savings and efficiency through streamlined communication and support from our complete in-house services.
The addition consists of:
• The construction of a new foundation to create a floor level with the current building
• ~570 sf of dry storage
• ~450 sf of cooler storage (38 degrees F)
• ~430 sf of frozen storage (-10 degrees F)
