3rd Avenue Industrial

The nearly 10-acre 3rd Avenue Industrial Park site in Phoenix, Arizona, will include two new construction flex offices/warehouses core and shell buildings. Totaling between 160,000-170,00 sf, the two buildings will be built using tilt-up concrete construction.

For this project, Galloway provided architectural design, structural engineering, MEP engineering, and interior design services from conceptual design to planning approval, building construction documents, and the administration of contract documents through the construction process.

Construction is estimated to be complete in June 2024.
