3rd Avenue Industrial

The nearly 10-acre site of 3rd Avenue Industrial Park in Phoenix, Arizona, includes two new flex office/warehouse core and shell buildings. Totaling between 160,000 and 170,000 square feet, the two buildings are constructed using tilt-up concrete construction

For this project, Galloway provided architectural design, structural engineering, MEP engineering, and interior design services from conceptual design to planning approval, building construction documents, and the administration of contract documents throughout the construction process.
