Wheeler Machinery Retail Center and Maintenance Building

Galloway collaborated with Hughes General Contractors on a design-build project to design and construct a customized industrial building in Spanish Fork, Utah, for Wheeler Machinery. This project included a specialized building that accommodates operations for Caterpillar (CAT) and ICM Solutions (ICM) equipment.

Situated on a 17.5-acre site, the development comprises two buildings totaling 80,000 sf. One building is designated for retail sales and equipment rental, while the second building features 14 maintenance and service bays specifically designed for CAT and ICM machinery. Additionally, the facility includes space for parts and tools receiving, warehousing, offices, and training facilities. To accommodate these uses, the second building has multiple access points, an equipment wash bay, a storage yard, and parking for employees and visitors. It also includes security measures such as concrete panel fencing, ornamental fencing, and powered access gates.
