Wheeler Machinery

Galloway, in collaboration with Hughes General Contractors and Wheeler Machinery, is working on a design-build project to construct a customized industrial building in Spanish Fork, Utah. The building will house a dealership and maintenance bays for Caterpillar (CAT) and ICM Solutions (ICM) equipment. The 17-acre site includes two buildings totaling 73,700 sf. One building will be designated for retail sales and equipment rental, and the second for 14 CAT and ICM maintenance and service bays, parts and tools receiving, warehousing, offices, and training facilities.

To accommodate these uses, the second building will have multiple access points, an equipment wash bay, a storage yard, and parking for employees and visitors. It will also include security measures such as concrete panel fencing, ornamental fencing, and powered access gates.

Galloway is providing architectural design, civil engineering, traffic engineering land survey, interior design, landscape architecture, and permit submittals and the easement writing services for the project. The construction is estimated to be completed by February 2026.
