Clear Homes Storage is a 125,000 sf, five-story self-storage building in Denver, Colorado. The storage units will range from 5×5 ft lockers to 10×30 ft storage units. The building will also feature a backlit translucent Kalwall system on the upper floors designed to glow during evening hours.
Galloway provided comprehensive services, including architecture, civil engineering, surveying, landscape architecture, structural engineering, interior design, mechanical/electrical/plumbing engineering, planning, and site lighting.
Construction is estimated to be completed in late 2023.
