UPS Distribution Center

This 425,000-square-foot distribution center is on 58 acres and includes a warehouse, office, and customer and employee parking facilities. The site also consists of a customer care building, an auto shop, a truck wash, a fueling station, and perimeter retention basins.

Galloway provided civil engineering, site development, and landscape architecture services for this project, which included entitlements, permitting coordination, and design for grading, drainage, roadways and parking, infrastructure, and utilities.
