This 425,000 sf distribution center is on 58 acres and will include a warehouse, office, and customer and employee parking facilities. The site also consists of a customer care building, an auto shop, a truck wash, a fueling station, and perimeter retention basins.
Galloway provided civil engineering, development, entitlements, permitting coordination, and civil landscape architectural services for this project, which included design for grading, drainage, roadways and parking, infrastructure, utilities, and landscaping.
