Galloway is providing comprehensive civil engineering, land survey, landscape architecture, and permitting services for a 3.125-acre commercial development located at Prima Vera Road and Buena Vista Boulevard in Washington City, Utah.

This development will feature multiple pad sites, accommodating establishments such as Panera Bread, Quick Quack Car Wash, Cyprus Credit Union, and a Maverik gas station and convenience store, enhancing the retail offerings available to the local community.

Our team has designed and coordinated utility stubs for each pad site and has actively collaborated with the City throughout the permitting process, including participation in planning commission and city council meetings.

Construction is projected to be finalized by October 2024, bringing new amenities and opportunities to the area.
