Galloway successfully addressed significant grading and storm drainage challenges for this 27-acre retail center in Aurora at Arapahoe and Smoky Hill Road. Additional coordination with the City of Aurora was required on an adjacent regional pond, which was analyzed and carefully graded around in order to be utilized for storm drainage.
Coordination with the City was also required for the widening of Arapahoe road and intersection improvements. The project was completed in 2015, and this prominent location provided a much-needed commercial hub for residents of southeast Aurora.
