The Westminster Promenade project is the adaptive reuse and redevelopment of an old existing entertainment district in Westminster, Colorado. Galloway has provided overall visioning, master planning, entitlements, landscape architecture and architectural design for the project.
The concept revitalizes the site into a vibrant mixed-use project by creating a new “urban core” that incorporates residential, retail, restaurant, hospitality and other complimentary uses. The project also considers the possible renovation and addition to the existing theater building.
In total the Westminster Promenade is approximately 32AC with just under one-million square feet of varied uses. The architectural design is a timeless modern vernacular that improves the overall aesthetic through enhanced streetscapes and modern details.
This project consists of approximately 32 acres of undeveloped native ground developed into a 25-acre shopping center and a 12-acre multifamily complex.
