The Damonte Ranch Town Center is a 53-acre community center development for Damonte Ranch. Located in the south Reno area, the Damonte Ranch Town Center includes approximately 525,000 square feet of retail space anchored by R.C. Willey and The Home Depot.
The Damonte Ranch Town Center development required realignment of Steamboat Creek that borders the east side of the development. This premier center necessitated major offsite improvements to the surrounding roadways and drainage infrastructure.
Galloway assisted with the coordination of the anchor tenants and worked effectively and efficiently to ensure that the individual site plans and improvements for The Home Depot and R.C. Willey were satisfied.
