More than 200 projects

Galloway provided development services for more than 200 Texaco-Shell projects, including both new construction and remodels. Simultaneously managing multiple projects in various locations has allowed Galloway to bring efficiency and consistency to the Texaco-Shell development program.

Texaco-Shell’s fuel program incorporates a convenience store ranging from 1,800 to 4,600 square feet, four to eight multiple product fuel dispensers covered by an overhead canopy, underground fuel storage tanks, and typically a single-bay automatic car wash, all situated on a 1.5 to 2 acre site. The majority of the convenience stores are designed to accommodate a variety of potential joint tenants, including quick service restaurants, check-cashing services, and satellite banks.

Galloway’s comprehensive fuel facility experience and the ability to develop and maintain convenience store, car wash, and fuel system prototype designs has played a key role in the success of Texaco-Shell’s development program.

Also contributing to the program’s success has been Galloway’s ability to accommodate the functional and branding needs of both Texaco-Shell and their joint tenants while satisfying the many review agency and development-specific regulations.
