For more than a decade, Galloway has partnered with Maverik to support the expansion of one of the largest independent fuel marketers in the Intermountain West. As Maverik has grown from approximately 400 to more than 800 locations across 21 states, Galloway has delivered multidisciplinary services for hundreds of fuel center developments throughout Utah and the western United States.

Our experience includes stand-alone fuel centers, locations integrated into larger commercial developments, and infill and redevelopment sites. Services include site planning, civil engineering, roadway and traffic engineering, entitlement support, land surveying, utility coordination, and construction administration.

Fuel center developments require specialized coordination and fast-paced delivery. Drawing on experience across multiple states and jurisdictions, Galloway navigates site access, traffic circulation, drainage, utilities, environmental considerations, and jurisdictional requirements to streamline approvals and support efficient project delivery from concept through construction.

Each site is designed to balance operational performance with the surrounding community by prioritizing safe circulation, roadway visibility, and compatibility with adjacent development while supporting Maverik’s long-term operational standards and customer experience.
