Galloway provided development services to Penske Truck Leasing for both new construction and remodel projects.
The new Penske sites were approximately 4 acres with a truck fueling area beneath an overhead canopy and an approximately 10,000 square foot building consisting of a customer service area, seven truck maintenance bays, and one truck wash bay.
During the site design process, special attention was given to accommodating a wide variety of vehicle sizes ranging from automobiles to semi-trucks.
