The complex offers a variety of apartment types, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, with six different floor plans. The buildings consist of five to six-building configurations, with amenities such as garages, a clubhouse, a pool, a fitness center, and a dog park as well as ancillary buildings. The apartments are constructed using Type V all-wood material in three-story and three/four split buildings.
