The Retail A project is an 11,500 sf multitenant inline retail building part of the Valley Grove mixed-use site in Pleasant Grove, Utah.
Galloway provided civil engineering services for this project, which included site grading, storm drainage, sewer, and the waterline layout. The design will accommodate a future widening of North County Boulevard and must remain aware of right-of-ways.
We worked closely with the city of Pleasant Grove and Timpanogas Special Service District for approvals and utility connections to accommodate existing utilities.
