Burt Brothers Tire & Service

Established in Bountiful, Utah, in 1991, Burt Brothers has deep roots in the state and has become one of Utah’s largest independent, locally-owned tire and automotive service centers. Burt Brothers Tires & Service is a Utah-based automotive service center with 14 locations throughout the state. Galloway is working closely with Burt Brothers Tires & Service to expand its presence throughout the state.

Galloway was selected to efficiently support the Burt Brothers expansion program by providing all major disciplines in-house for the service centers, including architectural design, civil engineering, land survey, interior design, development and entitlements, MEP engineering, site lighting, and landscape architecture services.

The civil design involved planning for future vehicular cross-access needs, designing underground stormwater detention with infiltration, and coordinating with the city and contractor on a retaining wall solution. Additionally, Galloway managed the prototype design on behalf of the client and integrate the building design conditions into the overall development, while maintaining the service needs of the individual circumstances.

For the recently completed Tooele location, Galloway provided architectural design, civil engineering, interior design, MEP engineering, site lighting, and landscape architecture services. The Tooele location is a two-acre site with customer and employee parking and a 13,700 sf building with service bays, a lube center, and a customer waiting/sales area.
