Galloway provides civil engineering, site development, landscape architecture, site lighting design, and traffic engineering services for Club Car Wash’s expansion into the Colorado market. As a Missouri-based company new to Colorado, Club Car Wash appreciates Galloway’s ability to work within their framework and Colorado’s varying local requirements.
The expansion involves preliminary site concepts for more than 30 locations ranging from 1.1-1.6 acres throughout Colorado, including Greeley, Lakewood, Commerce City, Firestone, and Mead. Our team applies Galloway’s Full Spectrum Approach to the layout of their building and associated facilities and evaluates local opportunities or restrictions for each property. Each site features a tunnel-style carwash, on-site vehicle queuing, and 12-24 vacuum parking stalls.
