The Marketplace at Briargate project is a commercial center anchored by a 66,000 square foot King Soopers grocery store and a King Soopers fueling facility.
An additional four commercial pad sites with four buildings totaling 30,900 square feet were included in Galloway’s design.
Galloway faced an aggressive project schedule and coordinated with the utility providers, El Paso County Development Services (building department), and the developer to assist with securing the certificate of occupancy according to schedule.
Galloway’s knowledge of El Paso County Development Services processes helped streamline the project and obtain permits to meet the developer’s schedule.
