The Firestone Redevelopment in Greeley, Colorado, is a 10,260 sf multi-tenant retail and commercial building.
The main goal of this adaptive reuse project was to provide a modern façade that pays homage to the historical significance of the original Art Moderne building’s architecture and preserve and enhance the character of the historic neighborhood. Modifications were made to the existing auto repair facility, and a bank will be one of the tenant spaces.
