Cottages at Jetwing

The Cottages at Jetwing will provide the community of southeast Colorado Springs, Colorado, with much-needed affordable housing and an alternative to traditional apartment living.

There will be 46 residential buildings containing 79 individual studio units, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, two-story one-bedroom, and two-story two-bedroom accommodations. Access drives, single-car garage spaces, a clubhouse, and playgrounds will create a neighborhood feel.

Galloway provided civil engineering, site development, and land survey services for this 4.9-acre cottage community. The design and construction was completed in Fall of 2023.
