Galloway provided preliminary project due diligence, site planning, site development coordination, civil engineering, landscape design, and construction contract engineering for northern Colorado’s highly anticipated Costco.

Located at I-25 and Harmony Road, this project required extensive coordination with the Town of Timnath, Colorado, and the developer to open the store on time by gaining necessary public approvals for re-platting and re-zoning while concurrently producing construction plans.

Galloway’s past work on the area’s supporting infrastructure and their existing relationship with the Town of Timnath provided added value to the development efforts.
