Claret Village at Braselton is a garden apartment development consisting of 118 units in Braselton, Georgia. It is located on a 57-acre site with 17 acres of proposed green space, providing the area with much-needed housing options.
The Class A apartments feature one-, two-, and three-bedroom units in three unique layout types, each with a standalone garage. The clubhouse serves as the center of community gatherings, offering a cyber café and fitness center. The development includes an outdoor grilling area, a resort-style swimming pool, and a community dog park.
Galloway (formerly Studio4HD) provided architectural design services for phase one of the project, including conceptual design, design development, construction documents, and construction phase services. The modern craftsman-style design complements the surrounding region, home to the Chateau Elan winery and vineyards.
Our team worked closely with the client and contractor, providing highly effective collaboration throughout the project. Despite weather delays that impacted the project schedule, our team’s responsiveness ensured that any design changes and questions were promptly addressed, leading to a successful project completion. We also worked closely with the civil engineer to create a site that harmonizes with the area’s existing topography while meeting the required density.
