Galloway is offering comprehensive multidisciplinary design services for an 8.31-acre site in Parker, Colorado. The site will include a Whole Foods store, providing the community with natural and organic foods, and additional retail options on three pad sites.
In collaboration with the Town of Parker, Galloway designed various site amenities, including seating areas with large canopies and space for art sculptures to enhance the overall aesthetic for shoppers.
Our civil engineering team is responsible for utility and drainage design for the entire site. They are also redesigning the existing Cottonwood South Tributary Channel to make it narrower and incorporating drop structures for stabilization.
The architecture team is focused on the core and shell design of the 40,000 sf Whole Foods building, ensuring it reflects Parker’s modern suburban aesthetic. Working closely with Whole Foods, the team has integrated their tenant program. In coordination with the Parker Arts Department, chronological art panels displaying historical photos of Parker will encircle the building.
Galloway is providing a range of services, including site development, land survey, MEP engineering, structural engineering, and traffic engineering. Construction is scheduled to commence in November 2023, with completion anticipated by August 2024.
