Galloway assisted VICORP Restaurants, Inc. in a multiple location project development program in Colorado and Illinois. Galloway effectively managed project development in multiple locations by ensuring excellent client communication and by thoroughly understanding the client’s requirements. Galloway also used its extensive experience in dealing with multiple projects being executed concurrently over a short period of time in order to meet VICORP’s schedule.
Architecture for Village Inn and Bakers Square utilized corporate-provided prototype buildings with nationally-recognized imaging as a part of these prototype designs. Galloway provided full entitlement services utilizing the established image branding of exterior architecture and signage programs and successfully completed development of many sites with minimal changes being required by planning and architectural review authorities.
As part of the permit submittal phase, Galloway also procured approvals from other jurisdictional authorities, including water/sanitation, fire/safety, and food service health authorities.
