The Grange Food Hall was TAG Restaurant Group’s community-focused gathering place in the Denver Tech Center, designed for guests to eat, gather, and play. Anchored by microbrewery Little Dry Creek Brewery, the unique 13,000-sf space included nine food stalls, an outdoor stadium-style deck, event space, custom seating, and games.
Formerly C.B. & Potts outpost for nearly 25 years, our interiors team worked closely with the client to reuse and reimagine many of the existing restaurant’s amenities, creating an efficient and refreshed environment. Galloway provided full design services for the project, collaborating with restaurateur Troy Guard to bring his vision of a “foodie spot, made by foodies” to life—creating a space where guests could enjoy culinary creations and linger in an inviting, modern atmosphere.
