The Hive on Broadway

The Hive on Broadway is a redevelopment project situated at the former K-Mart location on the corner of South Broadway and West Belleview in Englewood, Colorado. The aim was to transform this space into a mixed-use center, infusing it with retail outlets, dining establishments, and a primary storage anchor to invigorate the current setup.

Galloway took charge of the redesign process, enhancing the architectural layout by introducing inviting storefronts and reimagining the outdoor spaces within the revitalized center. This involved a complete overhaul of the architecture to create a more appealing and functional environment.
