Galloway worked with Sego Homes to develop a multifamily and single-family planned development community on 7.67 acres in Lindon, Utah. Songbird Cove comprises 46 multifamily and 19 single-family units, with two commercial lots adjacent to the residential units. The development features shared spaces and a park with a sports court for the residents.
Galloway provided civil engineering and survey services, including the design of site access in coordination with the Utah Department of Transportation, wet utilities, photometrics, rerouting and upsizing of the canal piping, lot grading, construction staking, and preparing and presenting plans to the city for approval. Due to significant grade changes, a seven-foot concrete fence surrounding the property was required.
