Mike Ward Infiniti Auto Dealership

Mike Ward Infiniti is a 26,000 square foot auto dealership situated on approximately 6.5 acres. An additional 164,000 square feet of parking, drives and walkways is also included in the design.

Design work included overlot grading and staging within an additional 7 acres of private lot area as well as public right-of-way and intersection improvements. Galloway effectively overcame significant challenges concerning work within the Highline Canal influence zone and conflicts with existing utilities, including a 16-inch water line, a 36-inch Spirolite sanitary line, and a 66-inch storm drain.

Landscape improvements accounted for differing county and metro district requirements and irrigation sourcing while still providing for a 50-percent reduction of water use and subsequent LEED accrediting.
