Centum Health Properties was evaluating energy upgrades to their MetroNorth Building. Through the Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) program, they want to pursue funding for energy improvements contingent upon documented energy savings.
Galloway was selected by Centum Health to perform an ASHRAE Level II Audit to evaluate and quantify the potential energy savings. Systems evaluated were lighting, lighting controls, HVAC, HVAC controls, and heating hot water. A comprehensive report of estimated savings and payback periods was provided to help guide the decision-making process on which energy upgrades made the most environmental and financial sense for Centum Health Properties.
