Forest Trace Village is a multitenant commercial development located on the corner of Smoky Hill Road and E-470.
Galloway provided architecture design, site and infrastructure design, roadway design, and landscape architecture for this 13.05-acre space, which included three retail buildings totaling 26,500 square feet.
The overall design aesthetic was envisioned as a rustic modern feel with monolithic stone elements, natural wood, and expansive storefronts to take advantage of unobstructed views to the south from the project’s elevated site.
The project features a spacious outdoor plaza with outdoor patios, informal seating and unique public art pieces.
