Galloway performed pad site development, civil engineering, landscape architecture and site lighting design of this standalone drive-up Dutch Bros Coffee kiosk. Development was part of the overall rebranding efforts of a shopping center commonly referred to as the Casa Bonita shopping center. The landlord has rebranded the shopping center as Lamar Station, which was been incorporated into the 40 West Arts District along Colfax Ave. Galloway provided site investigation, due diligence, entitlement, and civil construction documents for the project.
