Galloway provided services for multiple Costcos throughout Colorado, including Denver, Longmont, Colorado Springs, Grand Junction, Timnath, and Thornton. Services included due diligence, site planning, site development coordination, civil engineering, landscape design, and construction contract administration. For larger sites such as the one located in Timnath, Galloway provided master planning services for the remainder of the acreage to accommodate future pad site development.|

The projects required significant coordination with the municipality, Costco, and the developer to open the store on time by gaining necessary public approvals while concurrently producing construction plans.

Galloway’s past work in many of these municipalities and their existing relationship within the communities provided added value to the development efforts.
