Galloway provided tenant improvements for the HomeAdvisor, Inc. corporate offices in Golden, Colorado. The scope of work included new finishes throughout the 112,000 square feet of their two-building campus, including new flooring and paint. New millwork was designed and added throughout both buildings in all break rooms and kitchens. The tenant improvement also included 12 restroom remodels, mothering rooms, and additional fixtures, resulting in other plumbing lines throughout the buildings. Electrical was upgraded throughout the space as well.
