Galloway gave an outdated clubhouse a modern new look with key interior design elements and updated architectural, structural, and MEP components.
Working closely with the client, the Galloway team removed an oversized fireplace and dated non-structural columns in the main room and added expansive glass windows overlooking the pool. The facelift was complete with all new lighting (accent and overhead), contemporary finishes, exterior and interior furniture, and new artwork and décor.
Galloway coordinated with a third-party purchaser to ensure the proper pieces were delivered and installed while working through the pandemic. This created unique and challenging issues during the procurement process.
Galloway provided concept development, construction documents, and FF&E selection for this remodel. Galloway’s services included architecture, interior design, structural engineering, and MEP engineering.
