This four-story, 104-room hotel underwent a comprehensive refresh as part of the brand’s renovation cycle. Galloway’s interior design team renovated all guest rooms and public spaces, updating finishes, furnishings, and fixtures to align with current brand standards while thoughtfully adapting the prototype to the existing building layout.
The renovation included new paint, wall vinyl, lighting, flooring, and custom carpet throughout the corridors and public spaces, providing a more contemporary aesthetic than the standard prototype. In guest bathrooms, approximately half of the king rooms were converted from traditional tub/shower combinations to modern walk-in showers. As an extended-stay property, the hotel’s kitchen amenities and in-room workspaces were also fully updated.
To enhance the guest experience, the fitness room was expanded to create a larger, more functional amenity space. Custom artwork featuring local landmarks and local scenery, including the state capitol and downtown views, was incorporated throughout the property to establish a stronger connection to the surrounding community.
By tailoring the brand prototype to fit the hotel’s existing dimensions and infrastructure, Galloway delivered a complete renovation that modernized the property while preserving operational efficiencies and creating a refreshed, locally inspired environment for guests.
