Located in Lehi, Utah, this four-story, 97-key Courtyard by Marriott underwent a comprehensive 14-year interior refresh to modernize guest accommodations and enhance shared spaces throughout the property.
Galloway provided interior design services for the prototypical renovation, incorporating selective custom modifications to address existing building conditions. Guest rooms were updated with new headboard wall vinyl, carpet, soft goods, accent lighting, and refinished casework. Bathroom finishes and window treatments were selectively replaced in certain rooms based on wear. New custom abstract artwork was installed in guest bathrooms.
Throughout the hotel’s public spaces, Galloway designed updates to the lobby, dining area, meeting rooms, fitness center, pool area, outdoor patio, public restrooms, and guest corridors in accordance with brand prototype standards. Improvements included new carpet, wall vinyl, window treatments, furnishings, resilient flooring, and artwork, creating a cohesive and contemporary guest experience while extending the life of the existing property.
