Galloway teamed with JBI for this Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). The project was a 6,800 square foot renovation of the approximately 25,000 square foot building to rehabilitate and reconfigure workspaces and correct issues with life safety systems, as well as bring the building to code and government standards.

Key features included room redesign, including exercise training, exercises testing, exam rooms, bathrooms, and locker rooms. Corridors and doors were designed to conform with ADA requirements, and fire alarms, fire suppressions, and mass notification systems were updated. The general scope included structural modifications, layout modification/reconfigurations, plumbing system updates, HVAC updates, and electrical system updates.
