This ongoing partnership with the United States Postal Service (USPS) combines new design and renovation projects of all sizes and types for facilities across much of the Western United States.

The USPS’s continuous operating schedule contributes to several unique design challenges. Galloway’s full spectrum of in-house services addresses sensitive demands across all disciplines and provides expertise from investigative and feasibility stages through construction and project close-out. Tasks under this IDIQ span site include asphalt repair and replacement, structural repairs and replacements, interior renovations, layout modifications, and reconfigurations, fire suppression system modifications, plumbing system repairs and replacements (interior and exterior), roof repair and replacement, heating, ventilation and air conditioning repair and replacement, closed-circuit television systems repair and replacement, intrusion detection system repair and replacement, electrical system repair and replacement, and other facilities related types of projects. Galloway’s team also performs contract administration during construction on an as-needed basis, including reviewing construction cost proposals to verify the scope and provide cost estimates.

Since the contract award in 2018, the Galloway team has successfully secured and managed 19 task orders totaling over $500,000. Galloway’s services include architecture, civil engineering, structural engineering, and MEP engineering.
