Big Hollow Gulch Master Drainage Plan

Galloway was contracted to develop a master drainage plan for the Big Hollow Gulch drainage basin as it crosses into the Town of Johnstown’s growth management boundaries.

Weld County Road 50 Stormwater & Irrigation Improvements

Galloway provided complete project services on behalf of the Town of Johnstown for roadway improvements to WCR 50. These services included site survey, civil documents and reports, preliminary and final design, and as-needed construction contract administration.

VA Bioscience Building

Galloway planned, designed, and assisted with construction of public infrastructure improvements to a major arterial for the Town of Timnath.

The Ranch – Larimer County Fairgrounds

Galloway has provided ongoing support for project management of the 150-acre fairgrounds and events center that includes 12 major structures, parking facilities and internal circulation features.

Peterson Air Force Base – Building 418 & 350 Office Remodels

Galloway is performing tenant improvements and remodels for two office buildings at the Peterson Air Force Base.

Leach Creek Drainageway Realignment

Galloway realigned the existing Leach Creek channel to accommodate a proposed development of a new 60,800 square foot City Market grocery store on a 7.39 acre piece of property at the corner of Patterson Road and 24 Road.

Hardstand Replacement at Fort Carson Building 2492

Galloway performed the replacement of over three acres of concrete hardstand to support heavy armored vehicles.

Fort Carson Roof Replacement

Galloway provided design services, including demolition plans, architectural design and structural engineering, for this $2.9 million roof replacement project for seven Fort Carson buildings (Task Orders 41, 42, and 43).

Fort Carson Roof Repair

Galloway provided design services for this $1.2M restoration project for 14 wind-damaged roofs and canopies at Fort Carson.

City of Northglenn Infrastructure Improvements

Galloway provided services on behalf of the City of Northglenn for survey, plat work and public street design, which included street widening, roundabout design, and intersection design.

City of Broomfield Development Concepts

Galloway prepared numerous concepts of three separate properties on behalf of the City of Broomfield to establish options for retail development. 

Air Force Sailplane Landing Area Repairs & Upgrade

Galloway provided civil engineering and survey services for this project, which included sailplane landing area repairs and site drainage upgrades.

Air Force Academy Gate Improvements

Galloway provided civil services and landscape design for this Security gate cover of both North and South Air Force Academy Gates.
