Nampa Apartments will provide luxury garden-style apartment living at an affordable cost in Boise, Idaho. The complex will consist of 264 units across eight three-story buildings. Residents will enjoy amenities including a clubhouse with a pool and fitness center, pickleball court, fire pits, a dog park and dog wash, passive open space, ample parking (552 spaces, 264 of which are covered), bike repair and storage, and detached private garage buildings in six different styles, all on the 12-acre site.
Following the client’s prototypical design, our architecture team made small design adjustments based on specific site conditions. Inspired by an earth-tone color scheme, the exterior of the building will feature siding, stone veneer, fiber cement panels, and asphalt roof shingles in hues of brown, gray, and beige, as well as dark bronze standing seam metal roofing.
We effectively coordinated project management services with outside consultants for landscape, structural, interiors, and civil engineering to successfully execute the project on schedule and under budget. Galloway provided architectural design and MEP engineering services. Construction is estimated to be complete in June 2026.
